Ceramics-Class

August Ceramics with Paul Grimm

These classes are for beginner through intermediate clay students. In these classes Paul will teach clay techniques in intro to wheel throwing. The class sessions are five weeks long, meeting on Tuesday evenings. 5 pottery wheels are available for use in the studio. If you have prior experience and wish to work independently, students are welcome to explore hand building. Take home something beautiful for use in your home or as a gift for someone special.​Maximum of 5 Students on the wheel. Please call our office for registration questions 254-773-9926

Folklorico Kids Boot Camp

Learn folklore dance for a week in this energetic class. Students will be taught in a bilingual format and learn about the culture and history of Mexico.Instructor will provide skirts for girls and bandana and/or hats for boys.Participants need to wear clothes that allow for movement, including tennis shoes or jazz shoes. Instructor will also provide additional information and class rules.

Paint Your Pet Portrait

Let’s paint your pet! Your pets image will be presley hee on canvas and taught with step-by-step instruction. Class includes canvas, paint, and supplies.Once you register for the class, send an image of your pet to [email protected]. Make the image a portrait style shot including chest and head.

Pinch Pots & Pinot – June Class

This beginner level pottery class explores the creation of pinch pots. Get your hands in the clay and make something truly one of a kind. BYOBMaking this a date night and need support in childcare? Pottery with Aaron White

These classes are an introduction to wheel throwing for beginner through intermediate clay students. Aaron will cover the basics of wheel-throwing techniques (centering, forming a cylinder, trimming, glazing, and firing, while providing an environment for creative expression. The class sessions are six weeks long, meeting on Wednesday afternoons from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Make something beautiful for use in your home or as a gift for someone special.
Film-Production

Social Media & Film Production

Student will learn & execute video production techniques that will be utilized on all social media and video formats. Participates are encouraged to bring a cell phone and note taking tools (paper and pen).
Calligraphy-Class-

Tea Party and Calligraphy Class

Join the experience exploring the lost art of calligraphy. Come enjoy an afternoon tea party with tea and pastries while committing 2-hours to learn the basics in pointed pen modern calligraphy. This class is designed to be shared with family and friends. Garden tea party attire encouraged but not required. This class is sponsored by the Wildflower Guild.
